Not true. My brother-in-law barely graduated from high school, and
chose MSCE as the best way to get out of the dead-end job he was in.
Interviewed thre or 4 places, picked the most intelligent boss (2d
lowest starting pay). Main fringe benefit: hasn't done any of the
work that MSCE "qualifies" him to do since day 3. He's _much_ too
valuable to waste on that....
Exception that proves the rule, I guess.
