You're complaining, not because it contained RTF/HTML, but because at some point in the past it did once contain HTML???? Baaaazzzzzzzz.......

. I personally think the MIME-Select is a fantastic idea, and caters for all those people with b0rked email clients who can't deal with MIME, and allows people with decent MUAs (such as Evolution, Outlook, etc.) to get on and send each other decent-looking emails rather than crappy text :-)
