Of course most of the ADSL resellers offer static IP's (e.g. Firstnet,
Plusnet, A & A) although not usually on USB installations which have much lower
margins. USB static IP's are supported by some resellers by special request
though I've yet to see Linuxes Alcatel ADSL drivers working properly.
