[Sheflug] iso file systems

hi all,

i've been looking at downloading the latest mandrake8.0 beta release but it 
is only available as an iso image and i don't have a cd burner. is it 
possible to mount the iso file once i download it?
can it's contents be read and copied to a standard file system?
