Re: [Sheflug] CD-ROM woes...
Try cleaning lenses:-) Since you didn't touch this computer for ages -
could somebody have spilled some coffee on it?:-) (in fact, we have an
anecdote aboout this: a new Russian phones the company, from which he
bought a computer a week ago and asks to replace it. 'what's wrong with
it'? 'the coffee tray broke down':-) Seriously - try cleaning lenses or
(temporarily) connecting another CD-ROM.
