[Sheflug] KDE 2.1.1 update
Dear All,
Thanks Will for the kernel tip - I'll try that tomorrow. But something
else has grabbed my attention...
I'm trying to update KDE from 2.0.1 that comes as standard with SuSE 7.1
to 2.1.1. but I'm missing one of the packages I think, so far
I've downloaded from ftp.suse.com:
kaim.rpm
karchiveur.rpm
kbear.rpm
kde-i18n.rpm
kdeadmin.rpm
kdebase-ksyshguardd.rpm
kdebase-nspugin.rpm
kdebase.rpm
kdegraphics.rpm
kdelibs.rpm
kdemultimedia.rpm
kdenetwork.rpm
kdepim.rpm
kdesupport.rpm
kinternet.rpm
kivio.rpm
koffice.rpm
liblcms.rpm
libmng.rpm
qt-devel.rpm
qt-extensions.rpm
qt.rpm
Now, you'd think that I'd have everything covered there, but KDE won't run
- when I boot up, X freaks out when it tries to launch KDM. What have I
missed?
Thanks
Harvey
