[Sheflug] ulimit

I just noticed that the current version of RedHat (boo! hiss!) that I'm
running has the file size limit set to 40M, which seems rather stingy. Has
anyone got any insights as to why it might be set this low? I can't find
any change logs that specify why. Where's the best place to put 'ulimit -f
unlimited'? Any problems that might be caused?
