[Sheflug] Epplets

Hello everybody,

I've only just got around to investigating epplets - but I've hit a snag:
SuSE doesn't supply a RPM, so it's got to be a .tar.gz.

I've downloaded epplet-base-0.5.tar.gz. After ungzipping/tarring I
< ./configure > and it seems fine - it tells me to < make >. Which I do.
It returns an error about imlib - which I have installed, the latest
version fresh from ftp.suse.com. This is the end bit:

	gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I. -I.. -I..
	-I/usr/local/include -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -g
	-02 -c -fPIC -DPIC epplet.c -o .libs/epplet.lo
	In file included from epplet.c:4:
epplet.h:17: Imlib.h: No such file or directory
	make[2]:*** [epplet.lo] Error 1

	etc etc etc

When I first ran ./configure it couldn't find Enlightenment(!) so I put a
symlink in to help it out (why do SuSE put things in silly places -
/usr/X11/share/enlightenment? I ask ya). I've looked in
/usr/share/doc/packages/imlib - but there's no info, and
< find / -name imlib > didn't bring anything up.

Is it a case of just knowing where to put a symlink? And should I expect
any more trouble from it (!)

Thanks (as always)

Harvey
