Do you really want the numerical method? If not, you should be able
to get the ISO with some appropriate modifier key using one of the
alternate keyboards available in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/rules/xfree86
(or something like that). I'm not sure how to get this on the
console, but I imagine that's doable too.
If worst comes to worst, in X you should be able to fire up XKeyCaps
and get this. There should be keysyms lists in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/,
maybe in the doc subdirectory, and/or in <X11/keysym.h> or something
like that. Also, in XEmacs (and mebbe GNU Emacs) you can use
x-iso8859.el (or something like that), if you don't have it working
globally in X.
