i think it is just the same as any other app-link except that you leave the
'execute' line blank. look toward the bottom of the config page and you
should have the option to 'run in terminal' or something like that.tick the
box and enter the command. i've used this in the past and simply entered
whatever you would at the command prompt in a terminal. alternatively, write
a one line script which starts the program for you with all the modifiers
and put an app-link in for that :-)
