[Sheflug] Program starting

Hi,

This may seem like a simple question but I've been searching for an answer
for a couple of days now without chancing on the info.

How do you create an icon in kde to start a program with modifiers? I want
to get an icon on the screen which will save me having to type into the
terminal 'x2vnc -display brass:0 -east -passwd pawsswd file -resurface
tin:0' . As you can guess, when I haven't used it for a couple of days it
takes an hour to try to remember what all the modifiers should be ;o{
