Yeh, I disscused this on the Lugmaster list last month with several 
other people.  Most of them were very upset that they pay all their 
money out in taxes only to find that they can't access a Government 
site.

I've tried it just now with Opera and Netscape and this is what I 
get......

This is with an SuSE workstation
