Have never used AMAVIS before, but surely the only place AMAVIS
passes on the mail to, is qmail-smtpd?  It doesn't try to deliver
the mail itself, right?  IN which case, why are you worried about
relaying, since you can control qmail-smtpd's relaying in the normal
fashion..

Or have I misunderstod completely...
