If it's Win2k I bet it's not Linux USB drivers ;) (btw: USB is PPPoE, isn't 
it? I thought that was what one of the problems was?)

Looks like fixed IP to me though. I.e., a not-so-cheap adsl. 

Although - installation of (usb) ADSL is now free, depending where you go. 
Just ('just') the £45 month rental.

PS. No Idea about the webdav problem - I would bet it was a Win2k thing 
though, if it's not showing up in the logs. Try doing a tcpdump or somesuch 
to see if there's any port 80 traffic whatsoever: if not, it's the Win2k 
server. You didn't accidentally change something in WinGate which has broken 
it, did you David?
