[Sheflug] Samba woes

Hi All.

I'm trying to figure out how to configure samba (v2.0.7 - Debian Potato) to
allow the PC to connect to an NT domain and access shares and printers.

I can access the network by mounting a share via an entry in /etc/fstab, but
that isn't exactly secure (username/passwd in world readable file...) nor
scalable.

The docs on samba.org seem to concentrate on the server, rather than the
client side of things. Man pages are thin on the ground too.

Can anyone point me to any docs, and perferably sample files on how to config
a Linux client?

Cheers

Baz.
