If you want a laptop then just choose one that suits you.  We can 
install it for you at the next meeting.  Either dual boot or just 
plain.  Let me know which laptop you intend to buy.  Craig and James 
Mears and myself are happy with ours and so we should be able to sort 
yours out for you.

I think you can understand that I'm not a Uni lecturer but I'd see it 
your way.  I don't think they should be allowed to use the word 
University.

Not so much in Eurpope.  Mostly in the States.  It can only succeed 
if the present day choice that is available with Linux is completely 
killed off.
