[Sheflug] The Euro

Craig, Jose> For what are probably obvious reasons I have too locales set up on 
my machine, an English one and a German one. I get no complaints from X or from 
lib C when I use the German one. The Euro character works fine apart from the 
stunning lack of font conversions.

The weirdness comes with the english locale. en_GB.ISO-8859-15 is not on the 
list of supported locales that comes with the libc package. I can generate the 
locale using locale-gen but I get constant whinges that it's unsupported. A few 
applications do actually fail becuase of this.
