Certainly! http://www.toms.net/rb/ should give you what you want. It is a
great little mini distro for solving lifes little problems :) It can also be
run off a hard disk, should you require it.
If that is not to your taste, muLinux has many add ons so you can customise
it to the nth degree, including development, web browsing enhancements, X,
etc, and still only take up 7 floppies. It does a basic command prompt mode
