[Sheflug] Open Office Registry?

Hi All,

I've got trouble with Open Office.

* I installed OO-641 with the -net option as root in /usr/opt/ooo641.
* I logged on as me, james, and installed the local install stuff in
/home/james/ooo641

Fine. But here's where it all started going pear-shaped.

* I accidentally deleted /home/james/ooo641 (don't ask)
* As 'james' I went back to the /usr/opt/ooo641/setup to reinstall the
local files.
* The installer said 'already installed. To remove a local install use
the local setup' (which I'd deleted...)
* As root I went back to /usr/opt/ooo641/setup -net and chose 'repair'
* The files I wanted weren't restored.
* As root I went back to /usr/opt/ooo641/setup -net and chose
'deinstall'
* I deleted the existing but empty /home/james/ooo641 directory
structure that was left.
* I resintalled the whole of OpenOffice as root, with the -net option.
This time I put it in /usr/opt/oo641
* I logged on as me, james, and installed the local install stuff in
/home/james/ooo641
* And the installer said 'already installed in /home/james/ooo641'.

How do I get rid of ALL of Open Office and start again?

I've tried getting rid of the whole directory structures /usr/opt/ooo641
and /home/usr/ooo641, but there must be some registry somewhere (in
/etc?) that still tracks installs... Where is it?

Cheers,

James
