The big question in all this is what constitutes a PC...
If you have a machine which you bought with an OEM license for windoze and,
over a period of years, systematically upgrade it by replacing motherboard,
video board etc. etc. and, at some point also replace the hard drive -
copying the old files across with Drivecopy or some such - you no longer
have the original machine and yet the OEM copy of windoze is still intact
and working.......
How would this differ from simply installing the windoze software for a
second time on another machine??
