The only thing that I don't like about the installer is that instead of
asking for some common stuff up front (network, users, printer, etc.), and
going with a secure set of defaults for everything else, it asks for
information during the entire process.

What makes this tolerable is that one usually only needs to do an install
once and then let apt-get handle any future upgrades.
