That'll most likely start dhcpd before named (all SysV setups I've seen
parse the scripts in alphabetical order, and as both are S10, "d" will be
processed first), so gives a short amount of time during which the DHCP
server can't update the name server (depending how long DHCP takes to start
up, whether it needs to talk to the nameserver at start, and how many things
between "d" and "n" there are also at S10)...
I'd suggest moving dhcpd to S11 or later to be on the safe side.
