Phorum is there for everyone to use.  Everyone can use it. Not much
different from the sunny Scunny site :)  It would seem to be
reasonably web standards compliant.

BTW, the Java app on their site killed my Mozilla browser.  Not good
for impressing people.  A few others  were muttering dark words over
in Leeds.
