There's "Numerical Recipes in C" which is an oft-quoted book. I've never
even seen a copy myself, but I know how much it gets mentioned :) There's
also an "Algorithms in C" as well.
It depends what you're looking for and in what language; a quick search
reveals more specialist stuff for DSP algorithms as well.
