Agreed - people tends to bring their personal preferences,likes/dislikes
into discussion which sometimes has nothing to do with distros major
qualities.
Installed Fedora Core test release and was very very impressed.
Still am :)
Performance boost on my Pentium III is phenomenal.
Long promised nptl kernel (i2.4.22-1.2088.nptl after install) has
finally started to shine.
Everything is working much much faster and smoother.
Some insignificant interface changes (i.e. graphical boot and general
polishing of interface) etc.
Haven't had much time to look around, but so far I like Redhat's
initiative to "to build a complete, general purpose operating system
exclusively from free software".
Not sure how do they call though GNU/Linux or
Linux GPL. :)
