[Sheflug] Binatone ADSL modems

This is probably going to be a moot point eventually, because I'm saving 
up for a modem/router thing anyway, but has anyone had any success on 
getting the binatone ADSL500 USB adsl modem (like Plusnet give out) to 
work with Linux, or smoothwall or any of the others like that?

I use Thunderbird on windows, but it's just not the same somehow *le sigh*
