Yes.  Been testing it on my laptop for two years.  I've got a good 
grasp of what it's about.  I'll let you know how it goes on :)
Been building a .org project with it which is looking good...

this is mostly aimed at any developers who want CVS space for their 
project. We didn't have any but in future we might be able to.
