[Sheflug] money back

Hi all,
I've got rather strange for linux mail-list question:
Having spent couple of days solving apache problems under Suse Standard Server 8 I 've finally gave up.
We are using 3d party software compiled as an apache module and it looks like it doesn't want to work with any version of Suse (tried 9.0 as well) neither with apache 1.3.x (officially supported by suse for this server) or apache2. Even compilation of that module is going smooth (well, after hacking Make files a little).
Any requests processing by this module causing child apache process to dye with segfault.
Richard, I should 've listen and go with Debian option or at least stick to Redhat where all our software proved to be run stable.
Mu question is - does anybody have an experience of returning products to Suse and claiming money back?
I understand it pretty much far fetched call, considering package cost includes maintenance. But there is no way we can do anything with this pile of CDs right now, apart from locking them in a cupboard.
Any thoughts and help is very much appreciated.
Best regards,
Denis.
