Re: [Sheflug] copy files off a vnc connection

I've managed to get vnc running on a headless win98 machine (ip address 192.168.0.2) to my linux box (192.168.0.4). I did this so I could use my scsi scanner of the win98 box, my linux box has no isa slots for the scsi card. How do I copy the files scanned to my linux box? The win98 box has no cdrom writer and the hardware alternative of purchasing a usb scanner for my linux box after an xmas spending blitz is not a easy alternative at the moment. Is it something to do with samba and how do I mount the win98 box?
i would install winscp on the, er, 'doze machine and move the files over to the linux box using that.
