Yes, the connectors are very small and shallow with no real 'clip' action 
like you're probably expecting. We were certainly surprised that a new 
product gould get it so wrong - if you flex the cable sideways at all then 
it'll pop off the motherboard. We had so many intermittant errors with 
SATA on different systems that we refused to build and ship anything SATA.
