Scoop is an awesome CMS. http://scoop.kuro5hin.org/.
But then I would say that. I'm a scoop developer, and I run my own web
site using it (http://www.hulver.com/scoop/)
Don't be put off by the "blog" themed nature of it. It's a very
versatile system that can be used for many different styles of sites.
It's only downside is the fairly steep learning curve, and the system
requirements (mod_perl, mySQL, root access). There are quite a few
companies that do scoop accounts. They set it up for you, and you just
sort the content out.
