Yes, Suse 9.1. I wonder if it is just a Suse problem. As Richard Balthazor
says in another post on this subject, Knoppix is capable of resolving the

OK to all above, but I think it is a case of the PC not putting out data fast
enough for the monitor.
Anyway the easiest way round the problem seems to be to follow Richards
suggestion. In effect this is what I did when I got the LCD in the first
place. My CRT was set at a resolution acceptable to the LCD all I had to do
was fine tune sax2.
