[Sheflug] Distro choice for apache/php/postgre/mysql

I want to run apache/php/postgre/mysql on an old PC (not sure of the spec
yet but likely to be at least pentium hopefully) to set up as a server for a
local school to do call logging (issue tracking/helpdesk/CRM or whatever its
called this week).  Any suggestions?  I want minimal fuss if possible.
