The filtering program (dansguardian) I'm using is quite involved. It
counts up how many words, images, phrases, pics, actual urls etc a site
has and if there too many occurrences, puts up a access denied page. It
has a very configurable config file which can include many different
types of criteria. You can pick what is and what isn't allowed and to
what extent. e.g. you could be totally paranoia and it would block
medical pages or it could be configured to allow page 3 of the Sun
newspaper but no further. You decide how far you want to take it. To
explain it better, you would have to see the various exception files
that come with the program. I could attach them with this email (approx
1 meg) but I don't think the bandwith used would be appreciated. You may
contact me off the list if you would like me to send the installed
config files directly to you.
