[Sheflug] Euro Events
Hi
Some of us out there might be interested in some local Euro events.
What The Hack takes place in Holland in July from the 28th to the
31st near Den Bosch. There's lots of cheap flights out there on
Ryanair or Jet2Save or similar.
For more info about this have a look at...
http://www.whatthehack.org/
The blurb from the event...
Times have changed. Terrorism, metal detectors, special new laws and
out leaders getting ever closer to their dream of "knowing it all".
No matter where you are you're into figuring out what they're up to,
doing something about it or having a good time with some of the
smartest and funniest people we know of, come to What the Hack.
You might also want to know about EuroBSDCon 2005. This is a
fascinating event which involves most of the people who know about
open source software. Takes place in Basel in Switzerland in
November 2005. Dates are November 25th to 27th. Have a look at the
web site for more info..

You either fly direct or you can pay something like £60.00 return to
Baden-Karlsruhe airport and take a return trip on the Bahn for about
£30.00. Plenty of other European airports to go at and plenty of
local trains. You can find accommodation in Basel with the help of
Google. There's lots of places to stay.
