I am with UK Free Software Network - UKFSN.org [1] and have 8 static
IP addresses. I had to pay extra for 8, but you have just one if you
want. They are resellers for enta.net. The package I am on is called
"Home Max 30" [2], is 20 quid a month and will go as fast as the line
can (up to 2Mb/s download or 8Mb/s in some areas). My package has
download limits, but the limit is 30GB on peak plus 300GB off peak per
month. I'd really have to go some to hit that!

I'm very happy with them :D

Cheers,
Al.
