[sheflug] static ip broadband provider

Dear All

Can anyone recommend a good broadband provider who will provide a static
ip address. Most of the ones I've looked at don't specify so I assume
they're all dynamic addresses. BT does do it but I have to upgrade to a
business account (£35 per month + VAT). I was hoping to find something
cheaper than the BT option.
