[sheflug] Keeping server up to date without internet connection

I've installed Centos 4.3 on a fairly mission-critical server.

There isn't a way out of the NHSnet firewall on to the internet for this
machine, so there's no direct way of using up2date or anything to keep
abreast of things.

Does anyone know of a way to get new patches/updates etc from another
(non-Linux) PC in a sensible way, for subsequent installation on the
server?
