Given you've experienced this across so many platforms I'd say you have
specific requirements that causes this warning.

In such a situation, I'd modify apt.conf and have these warnings ignored
if I couldn't locate the packages that were causing the issues and
resolve the dependencies.

You'll have to trust the relevant packages are picking up the right
libraries.
