[Sheflug] Decent ISP, anyone?
It's that tired old question once again: can anyone recommend an ISP? I want
a wires-only 2Mbps service, one or two e-mail addresses, one static IP
address, about 5GB per month download, at least one phone in the company
whose number starts with 01 or 02, and an e-mail blacklist. No virus
filtering, mail interception or "content" (AOL need not apply). It would
also help if mention of Linux didn't send their tech support people into
paroxysms.
I've looked at uklinuxadsl.net, but they want £33 per month, which I think
is a bit steep. I wondered about BT, but their pages are so full of fluff
it's hard to find the useful bits.
I'm with Nildram at the moment, but it seems they were taken over recently,
and I'm not confident in their accounts system either.
