Don't do BT.  It's really bad.  There is universal agreement about 
this.   I was using www.zen.co.uk until recently.  Couldn't find 
anything wrong with them.  £25 a month.  I've switched over to 
www.ukfsn.org to save a bit of money at £16.50 a month.  Same quality 
of service as Zen Internet.  Jan was saying something about 
http://www.talktalk.co.uk today.  About £16 a month.  She said it 
wasn't too bad.
