I don't know.  The EU court ruling was about winuhs media player.  So, 
probably not exploder.  More info... (which is why I pointed you at

I think the final argument that came back from this was that the Court 
of the First Instance was being ignored by Microsoft in a way that 
suggests that they have no regard for any legal structure anywhere in 
Europe.  Which meant that fines were imposed.  Due to their lack of 
interest in supporting any part of the EU system.  More to the point 
was the fact that they had a monopoly which was working against EU 
anti-trust law.

I suppose (being English) I could say that no one in England would 
take the EU seriously anyway.  Then again, a politician would say 
something that was different.
