No, they didn't.

They told MS they had to offer a version of Windows that came without 
media player. MS brought out XP N, which didn't have media player, and 
no-one wanted it (surprisingly).

The US had some stuff to say about IE, but they didn't require MS to 
unbundle it, and I doubt that any sane court would do that now since 
browsers are so fundamental.
