[Sheflug] Assistance with Ekiga / Webcam / H323 / telephony on Ubuntu required

A colleague of mine is wanting some assistance with the above to get a 
video conferencing facility running on Ubuntu. Initially seems there are 
problems with getting the webcam working.

This is a commercial opportunity for someone with relevant skills -
