Thanks for the clarification.  I don't mind approaching the bar to ask
for coffee or orange juice or coke for someone else.  But, I'll go and
look at the local regulations anyway.  The law to do with pubs and
licences and teenagers is so strict that it's a good idea not to just
do something without asking first.
