[Sheflug - Sheffield Linux User's Group] Monitor doing wierd things...

 Hey all.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas about this one...

My monitor appears to shifting colour balance, by it`s own accord.

It`ll go from what I`ve got it set to (standard setting), to looking
noticably pink, then shortly afterwards greenish, then back to normal -
and stay there for a while (1/2 hour +).

This just started the other night.

I`m running a Matrox G400 and a Dell 19" monitor (as ships with the
Dimensions) - I`ve been running the monitor as a Nokia 447Xi - refresh
rates are all within spec.
 I use 1024x768 and 800x600.

The monitor is about 5 months old, a replacement from Dell, after the
last one developed a number of lines (similar to magnetic interference).

Only thing I can think of is my recent problems with my zipdrive not
working (which might be down to a faulty mobo, which I haven`t replaced
yet..), and the mobo really being screwy...can`t see that being the
case, tho.

 What sayth thou, Sheflug?

 Baz.
