Mmm, I wish I understood how to "run" Idconfig!

Yeah, after spending (far far) too much time messing around with
Enlightenment's sources, I swore I would't download another .tar.gz file if I
could help it.  But, this  jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz was the only thing a search at
freshmeat brought up.  Hopefully I learning something by doing this now!
