[Sheflug] wondering about setting health monitoring tool

I am trying to install a heath monitoring tool so i can check on the
temperature of my athlon
i do not under stand how to patch the kernal mandrake 7 release of it
and i am bit scared of using 2.4.0
for fear of bugs so can anyone help with installing lm-health ?
