I think Stephen's point is that there are two versions of the mail - one in
plain text, the other in html as a mime attachment thingy. If you have a
HTML capable mail reader, it's gonna show the HTML version unless you tell
it otherwise.

Personally, I prefer HTML mail, but that's just me ;)))
