[Sheflug] NTL and email addresses

See RFC 822 for all the gory details.  Maybe some of RFC 821.

Basically, you're restricted to the printing characters 0x21-0x7E, and
the whitespace characters TAB, LF, CR, and SPC.  (Strictly speaking,
lines are supposed to be separated by CRLF and naked CRs and LFs are
not supposed to appear IIRC, but MUAs hide that from you.)  Some of
the characters have reserved meaning to an 822-conformant parser.

Not really, at least not if it's the stuff that was popular in Japan a
few months back.  It's UTF-7, which is just a transformation format of
Unicode that uses only mail-safe bytes.



Also has anyone out there got NTL's smtp server to relay there mail. It
just seems to send mine into a black hole somewhere
